Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) will soon be home to a new residential project, launched by Samana Developers, Wave-2 is an AED200m residential tower spanning over 263,636 square feet.
The Samana waves 2 tower was launched following the success of Wave-1 in March 2022 which completely sold out.
The JVC residential Samana waves 2 tower spans over 263,636 square feet and is designed by a team of expert architects who worked to incorporate modern luxury living within budgets.
Residents of the tower will have access to amenities including private pools, water cascades, a leisure deck, a health club, valet parking and retail spaces.
Waves-1, the predecessor sold out within two weeks of its launch.
Imran Farooq, the CEO of Samana Developers, said: “Dubai real estate market is currently witnessing a historic rise. The bullish trend, kick-starting in 2023 at the back of regional and international events, is expected to continue during the rest of 2023. Emirate’s residential market saw 8,515 transactions, an enormous 43.9 percent increase from the previous year according to CBRE Dubai real estate report.”
The Samana waves 2 tower will comprise of 170 apartments with studios, one-bedrooms, duplexes and two-bedroom apartments starting at AED449,000.
